Recovered from Birthday Week ~ getting back to Life

before the next Birthday Bonanza in July & August

Wanted to share my layout from this past weekend on Bella Blvd for Saturday Sketches

I was given this to work with . . . .

 

 

and this is what I came up with 

This was a great sketch to work with. These photos were taken in Las Vegas for Stephanie's Girls Weekend. (just a short time ago) The last fling before the ring! I stayed pretty true to the sketch but I did use an enlarged photo as my main focus (all of us girlies in the elevator). Then I added two smaller photos, along with my titles and captions across the top of my layout. I added some bling and glossy accents for an added touch. 

I can't wait to scrapbook the rest of this trip.

 It was a great time with great peeps!

Hello Summer . . . even though it doesn't feel like it today here in WI.

Now that school is officially done as of TODAY!

(yep a bit of a surprise to me ~ totally thought tomorrow was the last day ~

 ~ Birthday Bananza Begins this weekend ~

for Lil' Miss Audriana!  Turning 7 and going into 2nd Grade just can't BeLieve it!!!

 Since Audriana's Birthday is the 12th and Lil' Miss Alayna turns the BIG ONE on the 13th
We are doing Audriana's this coming Saturday and the
Birthday Bash ~ Sock Monkey Style for Alayna will be Next Saturday!!!!

Off to accomplish ~ but I will be Back very very soon!!!!

From Lego Friends to Sock Monkeys ~ Bella Projects to yard work the list goes on & on!!!

I used the Birthday Boy collection for this layout, which is such a HUGE change of direction for me, as a mommy of 4 girlie GIRLS. I usually don't get to do too many boy pages, so I decided for this birthday week that I would take the opportunity to play with the new birthday boy collection. These photos were taken at a dear friend’s son's birthday party. We call him "Mister Mister", and "Mister Mister" was turning ONE!

YIKES . . . it has been awhile since my last post.

WOW ~ how my days are flying right by eyes!

It sure has been a BUSY month . . . 4th of July, CHA projects, Audriana lost a tooth, Alayna turned ONE month, Amelia turned EIGHT, Waterford Balloon Fest, and went to see The Rockin Tales of Snow White!

First, I would like to post my lastest Bella Projects that I completed for CHA just a few weeks after Alayna arrived.  It felt good to scrapbook . . . was missing it!





 

Here are a few more pictures from this month and it isn't even over yet!!!!

My goal is to take a lil photo shoot every month of Alayna with her sock monkey and her month onesie ~ to watch how she Grows

This year was Peace, Love and Roller Skates at EIGHT for Miss Amelia

Oh Canada . . .

I recieved a SPECIAL delivery on Friday ~ from a SPECIAL friend!
(across the Border)

So yesterday the "A" team supported Canada by wearing Red & White

and even took a "little" photoshoot.

I see a Scrapbook Page in the near future . . .

even the Mommy & Daddy sported some RED. 

 

I just focused on the Girlies for the photos . . . .

Alayna is going to be one spoiled little peanut with all of her BIG sisters

loving her every minute of Every DAY!

Catching Up

Little did I know after posting my layout last wednesday . . .

that was the day

Little Miss Alayna Lorraine was going to arrive!!!

(everything happened so quickly & so differently from the other 3 girlies)

It started out as a regular summer day - girls were off to summer camp and Alivia Jo & I headed out to run errands.

Before I knew it we were checking out at Target and heading home to call the doctor.

We arrived at the hospital at about 3:45 after getting all my ducks in a row - Alayna was here by 6:25pm.

She came Freaky Fast like Jimmy Johns . . . .

The girls were sooooo Excited!!!  I think they came up within the hour. . .

It was a happening week for Audriana - she turned 6 on the 12th of June and she lost her front tooth the day before her bday - so woke up to the TOOTH Fairy on her 6th Birthday, has a NEW baby sister and at the hospital lost her other front tooth!!!!

"A Hand's Down Favorite Friend"

I just adore this photo. It was taken in the beginning of the school year, during Audriana's 1st Kindergarten field trip to an apple orchard, shortly after she had broken her arm. She was holding hands with her best little girlfriend, Rowan. I am usually not a ONE photo layout kinda girl. Mainly because I have so much to scrapbook, trying to keep up with 3 (almost 4) girlie’s albums. But this photo was too sweet and needed to stay as the main focus. I added a few embellishments and searched for just the RIGHT title . . . I knew it needed the word “hand” in it.

Just love the PINK cast :)

School is coming to an End . . .

and Summer Break is right around the corner.  I have been trying to accomplish as much as possible before the girlies are done with school and

before Little Miss Alayna arrives. 

 

We have been making room for baby and I have been trying to get caught up on scrapbooking.  Here are a few photos of projects in the works.



Her room is just about done . . . we are adding the final step of painting - the stitching.

  

Then we will finish it off with buttons for a bit of deminsion.

I am waiting for her custom bedding to arrive . . . .any day!! 

Love her room and how it turned out!!!!  (just what the mommy ordered)

Her album starts with preschool at APL, then to 4K at St Thomas here in Waterford. . . .

then on to Kindergarten at Trailside with Amelia
