Back on Bella ~ Check it Out!!!

Strike a Pose ..... Lil' Miss Alivia Jo

    When doing this layout - I decided to work on a current project (Alivia Jo's School Days Book) and the next page to be completed was her school portrait. Usually I struggle with these because they are a full 8x10, posed photo and the backdrop of the photo is usually so domineering. I started by pulling various papers new and old. The layout came together rather quickly. Once I choose a title, which I used various Bella Blvd sticker letters, I distressed some of the letters and the others I outlined with a black pen to help them POP! I added the buttons and gems as an additional touch but I felt it still needed something.

That is where the flower came in. But the Bella Blooms needed more even after layering, so I added a wooden button and I added the pink flower from Socialite. I decided to use the designer tape by making little loops and sticking them in the center of the flower to bring in the black and gray that was used throught out the layout.

Overall, I was very pleased with how it turned out.
